Continuing the countdown - just in case anyone has the least doubt why World Pride is necessary, here are just a few recent examples of how LGBT people are treated around the world:

Oh, and just for good measure, the bloody Salvation Army!
At least there is some hope left in this world as Bulgaria's Pride march went ahead relatively peacefully.
Meanwhile, in the civilised world Gay Prides are being celebrated in style!

So let's gird our loins - and show 'em what Gay London can do!
